Birthdays are triggering for me, because they make me feel alone and isolated (like Valentines Day does)... so I try to remember that...
When my birthday rolled around a few months ago, and I was dreading it, I was pleasantly surprised to get birthday wishes here, and unlike the mindless "happy birthdays" from the normals, the ones from MS'ers felt special, like they "got it."
So, I want to do the same for you, Obi, and others here. When I see someone I know is having a birthday here, I want to let you know I care about you -- because it means a lot to me when i hear it here.
