i can't imagine that poor kid walking in there like a lamb to the slaughter - knowing what could happen. BUT - what a reversal to be the means of getting him caught!!!

No arrest today the detectives spoke with the prosecutor who said, go to his work and try to bring him in for questioning....why the prosecutor made this decision I do not know! They went to his work and he of course refused to go with them. He was made to turn over his electronics. He gave them his IPhone and IPad, but said his laptop broke and he didn't have it. The detectives searched his entire workplace. They then went to his grandparents house and searched the entire house...came up empty.
Apparently now they will be indicting him sometime next week and presenting to the grand jury. Why he couldn't be arrested, I have no idea....but we are now back to holding our breath.
