Hey folks, my year has been quite fickle in terms of my recovery and growth, though just last week I celebrated a year without smoking and now I've done 3 weeks off nicotine.
This has been quite an achievement for me, as this has been one of my strongest addictions. I am committed to abolishing all of my addictions.
The main addiction / compulsion I struggle with now is food and compulsive eating, which I am looking at. I realise with all addiction it is a method to self-soothe, so I am trying to identify feelings I am trying to medicate with substance or compulsive behaviour.
