Reliving the past, in nightmare, flashback, even an overly clear memory always leaves me shaken. Usually feeling that gut wrenching want to vomit fear (terror).

I hope you know you are not alone.

First I have to remember this is 2013, not 1963. Then I can breathe.

Know that we care. Know that we are survivors. Your memories and reaction are real and you will get through them.
