For me the best way to overcome depression is to go out and treat myself to something I enjoy, So think about a spa treatment, a massage, Yoga, a run, a bicycle ride, Oh yeah its winter over there, sorry.
Think about it, for me its the movies, I love going alone and escaping from the mean world.
Vitamins are important, but try to clear your head and get some perspective on life.
I always encourage my guys to have a list of good things to do, so when things get tough they can pull out the list and pick one, try it.
