Like your family members representing a feeling, or personality, points of view, etc.
What does a beer stein mean to you? An object someone else had growing up, a like or dislike of alcohol?
Apartment: 2 stories, layers, short-term issue?
Of course it can be more literal, been feeling powerless to relatives? Thinking someone in family could support you more?
