I'm a 34 year old male from Ontario Canada, who was molested as a child by a family friend's son (a few years older than I). I never reported the incident to anyone, but as I grew older I suffered from a lot of depression, as well as dissociative depersonalization. I started talk therapy about 6 years ago, as well as antidepressants... But it took me until about 2 years ago to finally tell my wife about the sexual abuse. I'm currently not attending T sessions, because I was feeling stuck in a bit of a rut with the therapist I have been seeing.
