i had no idea that JJ had so much depth.

this song is sorta sad, too.
it almost sounds like a disclosure, but it could be about anything. the words are vague enough. i hear there was abuse in the jackson family, and then there's the whole MJ scandal/conspiracy/controversy.

way back in june 2001, janet jackson rented our local hockey arena for a month to rehearse for a tour. i was lucky enough to get some of that work. i only remember big funky dance productions. thanks for showing me a different side of her.

one of my work buddies got fired just for talking to her while she rested between tunes. he said it was worth it, but he never worked in that building again.
