This is painful to see because it means the poster feels less than safe. It's a hell of a thing to hang your guts out here for everyone to see and either be ignored, criticized or even attacked. I have said a lot in these pages. Collectively the group at MS knows me more than my closest friends and even my partner.

Sharing at MS is the opposite of secrets. I have found that the courage I muster up to brave that vulnerability is in itself healing.

I regret nothing I have ever said here. No one should - as long as the words come from the deepest and truest regions of the heart.
