man please know you are not alone. the noise in my head is enough sometimes to just convince me that I have lost it. but it is not true. if the atavan helps bring it down just try to take advantage of that dude write down the thoughts,and bring that to T talk about them it helps a lot for me.the whole argument thing I get that totally. Im glad you are feeling better dude i hope you can find that one to trust and talk to. when we only argue with our self... how can we ever know when we win?
