I pray everything is going well for you in the "real world" I spent the last 7 days in the hospital because I needed to spend time in a safe place while I processed my mothers involvement in the abuse perpetrated by AFB. I wrote a poem I think you may like, Let me know what you think. Valid Deep Breath, It's Valid. Look Around, It's Valid. What do you see? Its Valid. Stop and Breathe. Its Valid. I Believe you, can't you see? Deep Breath, It's Valid. Slow Down. Its not Now. It wasn't your fault! Deep Breath, Slow Down.
