Additionally, the police announced that Operation Yewtree, which was the investigation into Jimmy Savile, has concluded, while a new investigation called Operation Fairbank has begun to look into allegations of an elite pedo ring operating within the UK.

Comedian Jimmy Tarbuck has been arrested in connection with a historic child sex abuse allegation, according to sources.

Tarbuck, 73, was questioned by North Yorkshire police on 26 April in relation to an incident that allegedly occurred in the late 1970s in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, when the victim was a young boy.
The arrest was made following information passed by Metropolitan police officers working on Operation Yewtree to North Yorkshire police.

The truth is, that the police have been covering up abuse for many decades.
They are not 'New' allegations, but were reported many years ago.
In most cases they said there was insufficient evidence to prosecute.

This is only scratching the tip of the iceberg.
It makes me wonder whether the police have covered up allegations, by telling the complainant, "nothing ever happened"!

If only they knew? What their denial did. I guess, one day they will.
