Attorney General Eric Holder "will launch a global alliance targeting online child sexual abuse" with European Union Commissioner for Home Affairs Cecilia Malmström, according to the Associated Press. The first meeting is tomorrow in Europe.

This is either welcome news or an elaborate cover-up. Time might tell which.
