because i need to tell someone - no, i WANT to tell someone and there's no one else. applied for another church position, looked good, great interview, everyone seemed happy.
it seems a lot of their congregation is 19-24 and they want to find someone who can relate to them better.
i'm tired of being too old.
i think it's time to retire the fingers.

i know this is a bad time of year. i know i'm a naturally and easily depressed person. i also know i just can't handle any more rejection. and the only way i know of to not get rejected is to not put myself out there in the first place.

no comments necessary - i know it sounds like pity party time - maybe it is. if it really bothers people mods can always remove it.
