All I can do is give you my list and, that of my special person.

As Kids:
Stuttering (him)
Bruised easily (both)
Recurring sinus infections (me)
Recurring nausea (both)
Epilepsy (him)

As Adults:
Stutters when upset, distraught or angry (both)
Hear palpitations when upset or triggered (both - that's part of a PTSD related panic attack.)
Severe headaches (both - usually a warning for a flashback if not otherwise ill)
Disorientation (him - after effect of an epileptic seizure.)
Lost time (him due to absence seizure - epilepsy again)
Night terrors (both - result of abuse)
Back pain/neck pain (both me age, him injury related)
depression (both I'm bi-polar, he has S.A.D.)
paranoia (both - stress makes it worse, abuse related)
Nausea/vomiting when not ill (both - again flashback, triggered and/or repressed memories surfacing causes this.)
Looses words, ie. "put the cement on the milk crate" become "put the gray stuff on the orange thing." (both me when tired or just waking up, him after a seizure.)
Nightmares about abuse (both)
Unexplained welts and pain (both - body memories due to abuse.)

As for how it ties in with the abuse, some is a direct result, some just life. You live with it, you get used to dealing with it and, learn to prioritize which issues you need to tend to first. No big deal to either of us, just means we might not be able to do what a T or Dr. thinks we should right then due to other things needing more immediate attention.

Not everything we deal with as we age is abuse related - abuse is not our whole lives. We work, play, get hurt, do dumb things, get sick, contract diseases same as anyone else. If you can't directly tie it to the abuse, there is probable a much more mundane reason for what ails you.

Sure the trauma cause a lot of issues, but not everything and, the best way to fix what it does cause is to stop crediting it for what it didn't cause - less to fix that way.

2-Precocious sexually related experimentation and speech

5-Gagging and unexplained vomiting
6-Speech problems
7-Regressive behavior
8-Masturbation
9-Withdrawal from normal human contact
10-Stomach and head pains
11-Bedwetting
12-Suicidal depression
13-Self destructive tendencies
14-Excessive fear of selected individuals and/or locations
15-Loss of appetite
16-Unexplained bruises or injuries in genital areas
17-Blood spotting or unexplained substances in underwear
18-Abrupt or radical behavioral or attitude changes
19-Lack of self-esteem or self-worth
20-Ulcers, colitis, anorexia or other stress related disorders
21-Alcohol or drug abuse
22-Frequent nightmares
23-Inability to sleep
24-Excessive passivity
25-Vaginal or urinary tract infections

For me, the big ones were:

2-Precocious sexually related experimentation and speech - to an off-the-hook extreme with other boys from age 8 to 15.

4-Smearing of feces and /or urine - as a sexual release

8-Masturbation from - age 8-on

24-Excessive passivity - This one was HUGE to the point of annoyance of many adults., and can draw great scorn from Dads.

19-Lack of self-esteem or self-worth (zero/negative self-esteem)

22-Frequent nightmares (with bed-wetting from the fear...not normal bed-wetting) Still happens with waking flashbacks and nightmares.

26-Infections of the mouth, gums and throat. (To a viscous degree)

XX-Hospitalized for severe abdominal pain (age 11) thought to be appendicitis. Rectal tares discovered at that time. Later surgery (age 32) showed heavily-scared and all-around messed-up appendix. Apparently not unusual for infections and such with "that."
