Very good article. He has really been through it- and the "system" also re-victimized him as well (school officials, multiple interviews of a child). What a strong, brave man.

And remember, this 18-y.o. "man" testified in the trial just 3 days after he graduated from high school. He's not just a man, he's a Mensch!

I posted the article on FB. I also posted yesterday on FB about the Boy Scout stuff. Interesting how all the political posts get tons of comments but when I post about CSA there is no response.

its more just that people get bored with something like this after its 15 minutes in the spotlight. Ten years from now you ask the average person who sandusky was and they will shrug. Not us though, and neither those kids or their families.

That high school has a lot to answer for. Not only the administrators, but the students. The sad part is he had to switch high schools. I have a feeling that he will have a LOT to say about that in his book. Kudos that he is making the effort to use the infamy as a platform to speak out about what kept too many of us silent for too long. He is a hero and he is continuing in that line.

Aaron Fisher, formerly "Victim 1," did very well in the 20/20 interview Friday night. Kept it together on-camera, and made all the important points about how CSA affects boys. Sounded like he's on the road to... Peace!
