Hope you don't mind a friendly suggestion - when you start to feel that way, like panicking, think of us; we're with you. We're hidden in the crowd.
Think of all the guys you've had conversations with here at MaleSurvivor, and think of all the exchanged stories and support. Imagine the strength we all show each other.

You sound determined Gary, in spite of the anxiety. I love that! I know it isn't easy, I've got my own SA issues, but it really is inspiring to me to hear you say you're gonna do this regardless of the fear.
