I finally wrote my story and shared it with a prosecutor. He said he was going to look into it. It relates to events that happened 27 years ago.

That's a brave thing mate. I know sure as hell I couldn't do it so you're a bigger man than me!

When I shared my story, I also did it with a popular local magazine. 1 week after this, no news from the prosecutor, but the magazine has been investigating if my perp (a priest) is still around, without luck.

I have also managed to worry my family (mother, brothers), so I am stopping pursuing the matter, for the time being anyway. I will see my psychiatrist later today and assess this (whether it has or might hurt my psychological well-being).

Psychiatrist said I should stop this because it can be obsessive. He said everyone else can pursue this, not me. So this has stopped.

Just heard back from the prosecutor, said that unfortunately it is too late for a criminal action.

I'm very sorry to hear it's too late. But if the paper finds out he's still around, at least others will be alerted to the danger he poses.
