It was many years ago when spoken,
I was barely 6,
it really didn't change anything,
really didn't slow much down,

Later on it changed a little,
It became less comanding
more of a suggestion really,
amazing how that happens

By the time I grew up it changed a lot
no more a suggestion,
no longer a plea
emphatically stated it is a COMMAND

ignored at your peril,
feared by ALL,
my voice rings and booms
startled people jump and move

there is no greater danger
than a wounded survivor backed into a corner
gathering strength and coiling for the spring
and the rage is loosed.....

later the stench is over powering
burning hair and flesh
destruction all around,
fantasy or reality, it will be some time before I can tell.

bodyguard - this is such a STRONG statement - a declaration - as you said, a "COMMAND" !!!

sometimes you gotta be your own hero - for all the times that no one else was.

you ARE the hero - it is not a fantasy - don't doubt it.
