Not that it's a big surprise, but the shoe finally dropped and Victim #1 has now filed a civil suit against Penn State; he is apparently the 3rd to do so, and almost certainly not the last.
I just hope these survivors don't agree to keep silent forever. Their stories, to the extent they wish to tell them, could be critically important to the survivor community, future survivors and the history of the nation.
