I just changed therapist.... I hope this one is better than the old one... The old one didnt give me any tools to used or homework or tips...It was just like a sit and listen session but I think some of it was needed...

Hey Country,
I had one that I believe I sent "back to the drawing board".
Poor guy tried hard, but when they fall back on the "I'll say nothing and let you do all the talking and hopefully you'll figure things out for yourself" approach, I began to realize that a specialist is definitely required in most of our cases.
