My therapist recently recommended that I read "The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook For Anxiety". Has anyone heard of it? Does anyone know if it's any good? The author is Bill Knaus. If you've read this or something else he wrote was it helpful?
I may not be perfect, but at least I'm not fake.

Hi Asmodeus,

I am not familiar with Dr. Knaus, or his work, but you can read about him and the book your therapist recommended here.
