An Air Force structer that Raped several People that he was instructing during basic training . Was given 20 years in a Military Prison. This is less than a Year for each Guilty Ca
charge . H eshould have been Put before a Fireing Squad .
I am sure that there are men on this list that were Sexualy assulted while in Basic Training.

This is sad.
Until court-martials are prohibited from taking into account the convicted felon's service record and performance of duty assignments, no progress will be made in fighting sexual assaults. Until the military justice system is removed from sexual abuse issues, we will continue to see these ridiculous sentences.

While I think about it, Sandusky is facing more than that in a mandatory minimum sentence for just one of his victims!
Talk about inequity.

A small bright spot if you can call it that...his 20 years means 20 years, no time off for good behavior, no parole, 20 years means exactly that, 20 years.

Not necessarily. He can always petition the Air Force Clemency & Parole Board.
