When doing so, I would recommend a few things:
1) Don't hit send right away. Think about what you've written first and edit it. Correct punctuation, grammar and spelling count.
2) No long paragraphs. No more than three sentences per paragraph. Ample white space between your thoughts will help them to be read easier and more quickly.
3) As angry and emotional as we are, try not to stoop to his level. Be above him.
