Not a chance in hell will the DA retry him on that one charge. But the public is clamoring for the DA to charge Lindner with perjuring himself on the stand.

Here's a video of Lynch and his lawyers speaking after the trial. Lynch does not advise victims to do what he did, and plans to start a non-profit for victims:
