Hi L.A.D.,

The grief does have a reason.

You are grieving for that which was taken from you.

You are grieving for that which has been lost as a result - happiness, a life free of trauma, spontaneity, trust, etc.

Feel the grief. Cry the many tears which need to be shed.

Let yourself feel the pain of loss.

Only by letting yourself grieve, will you move through it.

Lad Jayy and Anom are so right you just have to let it out. I know that is very painful but like a bad tooth the sooner it is out the better you will start to feel. Take care Mike
