or AM I thinking??

I've noticed there are times (mostly evenings) when I forget to take my blood pressure meds. Therapy is heavy - life at home is anything but enjoyable ...

is it possible that I am subconsciously choosing to not take my meds? is this something I should worry about - mention to my Dr, or ??

Hey MarkK, it is not difficult to forget about meds, there hasn't to be some specific reason attached to that. I wouldn't be worry about it. But please think how to be reminded about your meds, it is needed to take it regularly, otherwise meds are not efficient as should be. Can you make alarm notice with your mobile phone or something similar to remind you about time for taking it?

i guess the issue isn't really that i forget them - it's that i don't want to take them in the first place. i am truly TIRED of all the stuff i have to do "to have a good life", when it's truly just to keep the body moving. I'm sorry, this was the wrong question to ask.

This is not wrong question to ask. I guess that you should consider to have talk with your therapist about it. I know that is very hard trying to have good life, but please keep doing it, you deserve the best from life

I should know to look for this line by now - but I still almost just logged off after reading your opening line. I think the only thing I have "zero tolerance" for is bad puns or badly timed jokes. Good thing I think I understand where you're coming from - -

Please take care of yourself I'll be worry that something is wrong if you suddenly brake that record with meds !
