It is so often, I come here, I complain, I wine, I am big baby over all kind of things. That is a usual post of me. So just now, I have to say this. Yesterday, it was a good day! There was some trouble, little panic and voices, but some things went good enough to make up a good and exciting day for me. Today, it is harder again. But I am glad to see it can happen, that good day can come out of bad things.

That seems to be the way it is in recovery. Good days, bad days, good days, bad days. Eventually there are more good days than bad days. And, I sure hope that eventually, the bad days are a whole lot less hard.

Leosha Bob is right but guess what. The good days will overtake the bad and push them way out of first place. And by doing that you strenthen Male Survivor, yourself and all of us who are here with you.

Leosha,

May the good days outnumber the bad.

And may the bad days be less intense.

And may this happen sooner than later.

Take care,
Bill
