It's Bible based material (hence the reason I'm posting it here), and deals with healing from abuse of all types. Currently I have been going through a program through my church "Freedom in Christ" for Men and it uses the book "The Bondage Breaker" by Neil T. Anderson. Also a good book to go through. I have already gone through several steps of voicing and confiding in my friends and getting their support and feeling the freedom.
