California Bar Disciplines Ayres prosecutor for misconduct in Ayres case.

Sadly, the misconduct by the prosecutor was committed towards the Ayres' victims families and the prosecution witnesses. This is an unusual case:

Nate Moser, one of the original private investigators hired by the Ayres victims' families to tail Ayres in August 2011, happened to be working on another surveiallance on 4/12/13 at Trader Joe's in San Carlos when he spotted Ayres and his wife.

Ayres, whose lawyer claims is suffering from dementia and can't understand the legal proceedings is reading a magazine article.So much for Ayres having dementia:

Despite trying to groom a disabled man to be a victim at Napa State Hospital last year, Ayres is out on bail.

The article Ayres is reading appears to be about Toronto. Is he planning an escape before the start of his next trial?

Dr. Ayres is pleading guilty today, to child molestation. Sentencing August 6, 2013.

A friend of an Ayres victim first called the police on August 7, 2002. It's only taken 11 years to get to this point!!

I hope that the hundreds of Ayres victims are feeling at least a small measure of relief today.

Mercury News story today about Ayres pleading guilty to 8 felony counts. But he's out free until sentencing August 6.

Many of his victims have committed suicide since the first phone call was made to police in 2002. I wish they had been here to see this:

very disturbing. one person can cause so much damage. all it takes is a little evil and a lot of incompetence. dangerous mix.
