Hi All, I have a dog, who is my best friend. He is also the best dog in the world, though I am sure we all feel that way about our beloved pets. He has gotten me through a lot of difficult times and I wanted to share some of his pictures. I encourage you to share pictures of your best friends, too. So, whether they have fur, hair, feathers, fins or scales, let's see the pictures of your pets. Anomalous Addendum: It occured to me that many who may want to post pictures have not done so becuase they do not know how. To post pictures, you must first have them hosted online. Photobucket and shutterfly are some of the free photo hosting sites you may use (there are probably others). After you upload your images, copy the IMG script/ URL and paste it here. Preview your post and you should see your photos.

Dear Anomalus, this is great great thread, and your dog is so nice! It looks really like it is good-tempered ! And it is so obvious that you are loving him very much!!! Wait a minute, I can remember that I've read your story how you and your buddy were assaulted in one shop? This dog looks like he is not able to attack no one ! I hope that he is completely healed from that attack. I don't have any pet, and at my uncle we used to have couple of cats. Here is lovely tomcat Loli, who unfortunately died last year, it was like we lost one important family member:

Here's my dog Choochoo: World's sweetest dog. He weighs about 30 Pounds. He has very long hair. I have to get it trimmed today. He loves to eat and go on walks. He was found out on a highway. He was covered with mud and fleas and ticks. Puffer

Cool to see your best buds. Just remember we are not training them, they train us. My dog is a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. Mom was a Rhodesian and dad was whatever came along. Still lookin for dad as he owes back pay for puppy support. Buddy is going on 8 years old now. Tough to believe that as it was just yesterday when I was there while being born. Buddy is all about his naps, patrolling the yard for rabbits, squirrels, birds and cats except for leaves. When a leaf rolls across the yard, he will run behind you like "save me!" Big scare-d cat. He hogs the bed and yes I have fallen on the floor due to him. First thing in the morning he has to have his biscuit. About 930am he wants in the house to take his morning nap. Any deviation of his schedule and he will ignore you the rest of the day. Oh, don't tell him he is a dog either! Told ya, they train us. His look of disgust due to the AC not being on in the truck. He reported me to his agent after I failed to pay royalties....sigh You could steal the rest of the house as long as you leave the bed while he is on nap patrol.

Hi Guys,
I know a lot of you have pets.
Let's see them!!!
It occured to me that many who may want to post pictures have not done so becuase they do not know how.
How to Post Pictures:
To post pictures, you must first have them hosted online. Photobucket and shutterfly are some of the free photo hosting sites you may use (there are probably others).
After you upload your images to the online photo hosting site, copy the IMG script/ URL for each picture and paste it in your thread.
For instance, with Photobucket, you can hold your mouse over the desired image. A drop down list appears. The IMG code is shown on the last line. Left click on the IMG URL and it will say "copied."
Then come here to your post, and choose "paste." You may paste either by going to Edit at the top of the screen and selecting Paste from the drop down list; you may right-click in the message area and select paste; or you may use the keyboard shortcut (windows only) of CTRL + V.
Put a vertical space or two below your picture, and add another.
Preview your post and you should see your photos.
So let's see your pets!!!!
Anomalous

Hi Guys, Here are some pictures of my cat. She was adopted from the humane society when she was 8 weeks old. My sister got her as a gift for me when I was in the hospital having ankle surgery. Unfortunately, I don't have any of her baby pictures. She is polydactyl -- she has seven toes on each of her front paws and 5 toes on each of her back feet. I was told her breeding was that of a Black Tiger. I had her for 13 years before I lost her to bone cancer. She would ride on my shoulder and she would also give hugs. Anomalous

Well, yes. The dog's fur and colors are so soft but yet the definition is very clear. If you don't want to post it, could you PM me as to what that lens is? Could you ship the dog to me via collect? Puffer

OLYMPUS OM MOUNT - TOKINA ZOOM LENS 80-200MM 4.5 brand-new. It was still wrapped in its original 1980s package. With an adaptor twill work on my new Olympus Didgie. I SO SO needed this lens.

Hi Still,
I don't know that your dog is "nuts-o." He is lying with his head on the pillow. He knows how to get comfortable. Taht isn't "nuts." Quite clever, actually.
That's a nice lens, btw. I am looking forward to seeing many of the pictures you take with it.
Perhaps someone should start a thread (or threads) with landscapes, sky shots, rainbows, snow scenes, etc.
Anomalous

Yummie crunchable birdzez are good in my nom-nom tummz!!! Can I haz milk to wash it down?LOL...I've learned over the years to graciously accept and make the appropriate positive fuss over the gifts he and his various siblings brought to Daddy's "nest" (my bed <ugh>)...birds, snakes, lizards, mice, etc. His sister Lucy never quite got the hang of it. With the same fanfare she'd proudly bring in...leaves. Are our kittehs related?

Purhapz. Mine have never been outside this apartment but will hunt anything they can indoors. Be that a moth, or the dot from a laser pointer, or my feet underneath the covers. The one on the left is Eowyn. She is by far the alpha cat. High-strung, aggressive and confident. The one on the right is her sister, (from the same litter), Arwen. She is much more docile. Both are very sweet and very affectionate though. Especially when you are eating something that they like the smell of.
