They may not all be good, but I get the point...but all I care about is keith and his family....we cant carry the pain for everybody who hurts on our shoulders or we get burdened down with too much "stuff".

Penn state is not your responsibility...defending the institution is not your responsibiity...you have enough.

thanks for letting me reclarify, friend.

We can "argue" over a smoke.

The slogan of the Penn State Dance Marathon is FTK....For The Kids.

Last month Penn State students raised a record setting 10.6m to fight pediatric cancer.

On campus the chant was: They say we only care about football, they say we don't care about kids....$10.6m!

Penn St. students were NOT the problem. Administration, the grad student and a football loser that couldn't call the cops were the problem.

Up until now I had only heard news reporters, sports casters, and sports fans around where I am talk about how Coach Paterno and the others involved with the cover up were not at fault. It makes me extremely happy and has restored my faith in the Penn State student population to hear your story.

That's nice. Perhaps they could raise $10.6m for the kids that Penn State allowed Sandusky to destroy. That would get a hell of a lot more press and generate a lot more good will than peds kids. The reason why it's not on CNN.

I think what the kids do up there stands as is and is amazing. They have a right to serve their community in ways they select of course.

The administration will pay costs as well they should for horrible crimes committed and ignored.

But the students of Penn State are doing it right.

I try not to loose my objectivity that all bad is bad, not just the horror of abuse.

Likewise all good is simply good and deserves praise.

Heal well all.

I suspect those who were raising money, for pediactric causes, didn't do it to be on CNN. I could be wrong though.

I wish I could agree, Phoenix. But watching the students riot over Paterno's ouster seemed a selfish tantrum. The message that night was loud and clear: yeah, maybe Sandusky's kids are victims, but the REAL victim is Paterno - and HE'S the one we care about enough to riot.

I agree, the focus was misdirected in several ways, away from the direct link to the victims of CSA.
