Hay everybody,
maybe I've coshed wrong word: exclusive. I wonted to say that I've herd and learned about Stockholm Syndrome by many sources related mostly and only to kidnapping and hostages. Nevertheless, as I've proceeded last night with book "The Betrayal Bond" I've found part where author describes how experts are using phrase "Stockholm Syndrome" for traumatic bonding. So Island you were completely right

. And Traveler It seems to me that you should explore further this subject to find some answers. This author says that this kind of bonding could happen to everyone, it is not needed huge time to make such bond (there are examples with very short time: couple of days or one week of traumatic environment was enough for traumatic bonding). And this kind of bond lasted for very long time. In some cases bond lasted "forever". So in a way this sounds to me like paradox.
If I'll find something interesting I'll write it...
Let us all become masters of breaking those bonds
