is there a relationship between child sexual abuse and bullying? Does anyone have any literature? I was thinking along the lines of a child bulling another child,variance in 2 years of age??

There can be. It can help set up the environment where someone feels rejected by enough people that a perp can swoop in to provide (false) acceptance and start grooming.
