Most vehicles have a warning system when their fuel tank gets low. To prevent them from running out of gas. Then we stop and refuel it.. For Christians we need prayer , praise, and the word of God as our refueling. We need to keep our tanks full. We should not let our tank get low.

Thank you. I am on a renewed relationship with Christ and I no longer believe the lies from the evil one that I was taught as a kid. I'm still a kid in this new walk with God, but He's ok with it and I'm down for that!

Please do not be offended ,but if you feel like commenting on the food for thought weekly post that is cool but just random post was not my idea for this thread . I appreciate comments and it might seem petty but I hope you understand . I really am not trying to offend. It just makes it harder to keep the food for thought postings in order


It is not about what really can and can not be posted here .
In order for me to quickly post the things I need to post it is more efficient to click on the number and pick up where I left off . If someone post a comment concerning the thread that is no big deal . But if there are just conversations going on I have to scroll through everyone's conversation to get to the last place I left off. It is time consuming to post the weekly threads as it is . This is not to deter people from reading the threads just asking that if you want to comment on a particular post such as if it effected you or caused you to reflect on it that is cool and appreciated . It also lets me no that I am not just wasting my time . It is very time consuming to make the post fit without them running across the screen . I have a wife and 5 kids one with special needs "down syndrome" It all boils down to a time factor . It might not seem like much but everyone has there quirks . Thank you

Maybe it would be better if you just tell people what they should or should not post on here then. The term food for thought is pretty random. I did not take offense to you saying what you said the first time but I guess you get upset when someone post on here it seems. I will choose to stay of your thread then. I give ALL Glory to My Savior Jesus Christ
who delivered me from alcohol on this day 11yrs ago
I was baptized still drunk from the night before ,
that day I came up out of the water I could feel Gods Divine mercy
his Love surrounded me in me & all around me
I felt God I felt his presence HE IS REAL
That day he took my addiction and dependance of alcohol from me
For if He had not I would be dead
I had been in the hospital 3 separate times with alcohol poisoning
yet still I could not stop
Sept 29th 2001 was the last day I had alcohol
so I would Love the opportunity to invite anyone
struggling with drugs or alcohol into a relationship
with The God of the Universe
HE is REAL He does Deliver
THANK YOU GOD THANK YOU CHRIST MY SAVIOR !!!

I have realized I have Willingly Allowed Christ to be my Savior
Mainly saving me from self

And by doing so I have Reaped the Benefits of doing so
Such as DELIVERANCE from
Drugs & Alcohol ,Brokenness from Sexual Abuse , Addiction to Pornography,Suicidal
Tendencies and the death of Sin

But in Realizing this I Recognize
That He wants not only to be my
Savior but also Lord of my Life
When I have Allowed him to be
The Lord of my life
He has given me far Greater Insight to His Plan & Will for my life
It is Easier to discern direction
There is abundant Peace Inside of Gods Will
The Moment he is no longer allowed access to Lordship over my life
It is Absolutely Clear when I am only Allowing him Access to the role of Savior
