What you are doing is how you will heal , letting the light shine on ALL the dark area's of your life. The enemy will not have anything to hold you captive any longer . If you expose all the darkness you will ultimately be set free from the chains that bind you. When you keep these secretes that gives them power over you and when you expose these things they loose their power little by little and sometimes all at once.

You are on the right website to get help and reach out malesurvivor was huge for me . i started coming here in 2008 and just knowing that others are out there after living with this for so long by ourselves was just amazing . I go there mainly for encouragement for others who are struggling now a days but there are days i go for encouragement myself . there are bad days but so many more good days than bad . Good luck on your journey and may you be blessed in this process as you share with others that it is OK and that their is hope .

The more you shine the light on your dark areas you not only get freed from the darkness but you become a light for others to see. Shine your light for all to see there can be healing and yes it is hard but well worth the fight. so many people live with this and feel all alone but it takes people to shine the light on the subject so others can see the light at the end of the tunnel or at the very least it lets others no that they are not alone .

Bless you and i will be praying for you brother for strength and courage to face the upcoming challenges that will come after disclosing these things and not only disclosing them but out in the open . there will be bouts of doubt and discouragement but just no that it is normal to feel those things after disclosing these things . Like i said it is well worth it . The people you will effect and the lives that will be changed from your own struggle will be off he chain. When you start focusing on helping others and meeting people at their own crossroads in life that is what it is all about . taking all the focus off of yourself and realizing that their are others as well that can be positively impacted by your own healing. Good job man
