I found many friends on here just by PMing people whose posts I related to.

Another great resource I found is some form of retreat. I went to Mike Lews workshop during the MS Conference and met so many great people that I am still in contact with, in fact I just celebrated the 4th with a friend from the conference and had a blast. I think there is something happening in Hartford soon, but I'm not positive. I believe their will be another conference in NYC next year. Also while I have never been to a MS retreat, I hear of alot of friendships being made their.

Now, the trick to continuing... 1) Be yourself 2) Say what you want 3) Watch us fall over ourselves replying to your thoughts with support and experiences that tell you how much in common we have with each other.
