Tonight I sit here and I mourn for my loss. I feel stronger than before but some challenges are tougher than others. I feel empty of energy, of drive. A million things run through my mind. I mourn my marriage, what it was to be what it wasn't. I need your strength brothers because tonight I can't walk no more. They say that it's better to have loved and lost then to never have loved at all. It's little consolation to me since i am still in love.
I keep telling myself that it's all part of my journey, and that it's a lonely journey. but I don't wanna be alone, not tonight.

Look up and not down; look forward and not back; look out and not in; and lend a hand.

I can't say I know what it feels like Tony, but I feel for ya. Loss hurts, plain and simple. Do you have a friend in the area who can stay with you for a couple days?

It is so tough when you are in the middle of it to see anything but loss and feel anything but pain. Was in my ms group tonite, one of the guys has NEVER had love in his adult life. Attachment was too much - no caring, no kids, no memories of holding tight to the one you love. It is not possible to say what tomorrow will bring, but your heart is strong and capable of so much. We are here for you.

The need for love lies at the very foundation of human existence. Dalai Lama
