hello men:

i finally got around to reading an article on this site that was recommended to me some time ago. it was written by Ken Singer, one of the site's leaders/founders, i believe. check it out if you too feel you suffer from doing the same old useless things to try and cope with your pain like i do.

here it is:
http://www.malesurvivor.org/articles/singer2.htm.

it is really great and includes an exercise that we can use to help us make healthier choices in our recovery. good luck men and God bless. sincerely,

hello men:

i am no techno expert. i believe the mistake i made in listing the site page was the period at the end. try this:

http://www.malesurvivor.org/articles/singer2.htm

Thanks Bec.

Worked a treat. I will save it and read it when I'm not so busy. I hope Ken doesn't mind.

I've read this article over a few times and find it a simple, practical reference for a lot of things I deal with day to day.

Thanks guys. This is an affirmation that where I am at is just where I am at. I already am an active participant in this self destructiveness. But you, we, all say it's real, and we are not alone. Thank you.
