Thanks all for your support,
Surprisingly all went well and I was able to walk from the hospital 4hrs after the surgery....not much pain.
What I am recovering from is the emotional experience of giving myself over completely to that team in the operating room....
It's not enough to be lying helpless in a hospital gown with 5 people standing over you who have complete authority....no, you have to be completely unconscious......The knee is no big deal, but I can see that this experience is taking time to get over.....
Thanks again for your kind support all
Steve

Yes it is an experience in surrender, with trust, akin to doing the same with divine care!

I am glad, you came out feeling better and with a valuable insight!

take care
