I am going through a lot and I talk with my wife everyday about my feelings and what I am going through. She listens and loves the through it all.
The one thing that I struggle with is helping her with my healing. How do others help there wives?

It's great she's listening and is showing love. Just be YOU. Being trustworthy allows my wife to stay on board with support.
