Serioously though...I started my journey around my birthday too..and vowed things would be different for me by the time the next one came around...( mission accomplished hehehe)...I turned 1 and 36 at the same time.
I hope this year brings you a lot of healing and you look back in a year and see all the progress you have made.
I see progress in what has been maybe a week or two...keep at it!
