Just like a firebird
newly formed from the ashe
I emerge from being hurt once again

New feathers, new body, fresh mind
going forward with a new sense of self
Flying high in the sky of life

When I need to shed old things
I simply emerge new from the ashe
and spread my wings and FLY!!!!

the F word has its place.
