It takes a lot of energy and reflection to aknowlege the feelings and thoughts as they come and to say to myself..I feel this way because of the abuse...plain and simple....not complicated as I always want to make it....I always want to find some way that I must be resposible at some level....some of what they said must have been true...Then it starts to get complicated....but it's not complicated...it was abusive and that is the reason I feel this way today.....I want to come up with a million reasons and then a million solutions...all bullshit....One Reason and one solution...
Reason/ abuse....solution/acknowlege the truth
