Hi Guys

I need to take a complete break from everything,im still exausted after the flu, been to the Docs to day, and he told me i need to take a complete break from everything, and that i have been throught alot in the last year dealing with recovery etc, i feel that i cannot deal with much at presant, and im pushing my self to much, so im completly exausted in body mind spirit and soul. So hope to catch up with you all soon whem im feeling better.

Im trying to pick up my life again and i feel this is the time i need my friends and friends around to help get me back on the road of recovery but at the same time i feel very alone at present.
