Another reminder last night of how speaking up is very theraputic almost a spiritual exprerience for me. In a group setting a person was targeting me every time I spoke for a while now...I was aware of my anger but I was not aware of the inappropriatness of his behavior....finally I snapped....and told him what I thought.....I could see that he really took it to heart...and he "Got It". Afterwards I became aware that his behavior was bullying and not appropriate. Only after I spoke up did I become aware of that.
Theraputic in it's ...making clear his behavior for me..
Spiritual in the way I feel connected to the world when I speak up...even when I'm not sure what's happening.

The pattern I have after this... is I feel connected and spiritual and warm and cozy with the world and I start to think again that just being nice to everyone will solve everything...you know very spiritual....then I'm succeptible? to losing touch with how I feel about others behavior towards me and I'm again set up for the anger and not knowing why?

RR,

The fact that you recognize this pattern is the first step to getting a hold of it, I think. This pattern sounds very familiar to me. Don't doubt yourself, stay strong my friend.
