I have had various "problems" with my stomach all of my life.

The biggest issue is with thinking I was lactose intolerant. I have NOT drank milk or eaten cheese for years. I drank soy milk until 6 months ago.

As I have processed lots of things, I am able to tolerate diary.

I realize my anger is not ok or has not. I am thinking I have internalized my anger instead of expressing it and then being able to let it go.

Thoughts?

Ive had the same experience to Avery, never realise it untill recently, was on medication for a number of years, but now ive released the anger from with in me, my health has improved to , im of medication now and feeling alot better in health to.

Good to hear. I was diagnosed with Krohns disease years ago 22 years and still alive. I have other various minor aliments.

I was curious about foods and medication. My T has encouraged me to take Advil occasionally with the upset stomach.

Much better too.
