Here's an article from todays Star Ledger. It seems the attorneys for the perps are starting the trial by public opinion cycle by trying to portray the perps as good kids and not sex pervs because they only saw kissing and it was just for "two minutes". I think two minutes means ten or more in reality but we'll see when the investigation is done.
All I have to say is; Do upskirt photogs get a break if their victim is wearing underpants? Do people who fail to murder get a break for failure? Does anyone trying to copmmit a crime get a break for failure or get to claim they had a different intent when they fail to get the result they hoped for at the outset?
