Riley, guys,

I quit smoking for 6 months last year -- after reading Allen Carr's book. I think I wanted to quit very badly, and I did.

However, I smoke again now, hoping to have a new wave of desire to stop and I will quit again.

Good health to all of us.

Alexey

You could also try e-cigarettes. I'm "smoking" one right now.

I quit smoking 12 weeks ago. At the 10 week mark I felt depressed and anxious. I gave in and chain smoked for a week. Managed to stop again for another week. Today I felt like an emotional train wreck and so what did I do? I bought another pack of cigs. Argh, need to find another way to deal with my emotions.
