Escaping through alcohol and sex never really worked-and the costs were really more than I could bear-piling up all that remorse, shame, regret, and hopelessness on top of the issues I already had to deal with-what a lethal combination.

On the other hand, you have choices today and posting, turning to MS is a good choice. Don't isolate-reach out to those who share your struggles and are working to gain altitude in life.

pay the price i do anymore for it.
